You regain consciousness inside a cold hospital clinic, only to discover a horrifying reality: a psychotic evil doctor sees you as nothing more than a collection of organs to be harvested.
With whatever little energy you have left, you stumble from the surgical bed. The clinic doors swing open to reveal an endless hospital ward—a labyrinth of corridors filled with lethal traps and clinical porangeators.
